1. Project Manager (PM)

Responsible for :

Coordinating project activities starting from Plan, Design and Implementation phases
Liasing with clients on day to day Project Management
Working in multi projects environments
Creating and maintaining Project Work Plan incl. Work estimates
Managing Change Requests and creating Impact Analysis documents
Conducting and supporting Pre-sales activities
Coordinating cross-team efforts in each project

Requirements :

More than 2 years experience as a Project Manager
Solid understanding of Project Implementation methodologies
Familiarity with Internet and/or Mobile Banking functionalities is a must
Able to work as a team or individual
Familiar with MS. Power Point and Excel spreadsheet are a must



2. IT Business Analyst (IBA)

Responsible for :

Analyzing business needs based on user requirements, including but not limited to designing user requirements into business requirements, creating stages for system development
Acting as a bridge between User and IT development; this role includes coordinating, facilitating, scheduling system testing, and evaluating the result

Requirements :

2-3 years experiences in business requirements gathering, requirement analysis, design and testing
Good understanding of SDLC and its methodologies
Having skill in modeling languange such as UML
Good understanding of banking, internet and telecomunication business
Smart, attractive, well presented and has excellent communication and presentation skills
Able to work as a team or individual
Fresh graduates with potential qualification are welcome.



3. Quality Assurance (QA)

Responsible for :

Coordinating migration activities of new/modified functionalities from Development into UAT and eventually into Production environments
Planning and developing testing scenarios, executing system/application testing and providing feedback based on test result
Preparing impact analysis on new change requests
Monitoring stability of application function in production environments

Requirement :

More than 2 years experience in Business Requirements/Change Requests Analysis, Quality Assurance and Application Testing
Good understanding in Testing Methodologies
Familiarity with Internet and/or Mobile Banking functionalities is a must
Able to work as a team or individual



4. Junior Network Engineer (JNE)

Responsibilities :

Responsible for all network equipments and severs.
Corrective Maintenance, problem handling and troubleshooting.
Provide software/hardware installation, support and troubleshooting.
Perform other assigned task as needed.

Qualification :

University graduate majoring in Information Technology or Computer Science
Strong knowledge of IT Network configuration, Internet, Firewall, Network security, VPN.
Good knowledge in Microsoft Windows server administration, IIS Web Server, Database Server, Email Server, Active directory, Domain Controller, and troubleshooting, VMware server administration and troubleshooting, Linux server installation, administration, and security, installation and configuration of CISCO Routers and Catalyst, Apache web server, internet configuration, LAN and WAN configuration
Having Good Analysis in Problem Solving
Abel to work as a team or individual
Able to work under pressure and minimum supervision

Position Responsibilities:



· The qualified candidate will be responsible for:
· Managing the day-to-day operations of our Call Center.
· Personnel support, including coaching, staff development, hiring and performance evaluations
· Assist in developing and implementing short and long term goals for the call center
· Recommends, develops and implements improvements for call center operations
· Manages and coordinates implementation of customer service system.

Our Call Center serves as one of the first contact points for our membership and is responsible for daily telephone, email and postal communications of the credit union. Additional call center responsibilities include:
· Processing account transactions
· Researching, solving and responding to member inquiries
· Cross selling member services
· Back-office operations support

Position Requirements:

Proven Call Center supervisory experience with excellent written and verbal communications skills and proficiency with Outlook, Word and Acrobat are required. Financial Institution experience is preferred, but not required.

Documentation and Coordination for ABS Approval

Coordination of commissioning activities for MV switchboard, HVAC and other electrical packages

Inspection of equipments at vendor’s works during FAT
Ensuring that all projects are handled with the appropriate quality and in the safest possible manner

Requirements:


Degree in Electrical Engineering

Minimum 3 years and a maximum of 8 yrs & relevant working experience of which at least 2 years working with EPC companies in Oil & Gas (Upstream or Downstream) sectors
