Requirements:

Male/Female around 26-29 years old
Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable universities
Have at least 3-5years working experiences in managing the above key
functions with significant successful track record in well known
retail industry
Posses deep knowledge in program development, modul/ competency
development and talent management also ability to implement various
innovative to build integrative system development
Excellent communication in English both oral and written
